Delivery Information
All products are available for delivery to the UK. Deliveries are sent using City Link on a 24 Hour service. Deliveries to the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Central London may be subject to carrier surcharge at cost. It is up to the customer to provide a signature for courier delivery; otherwise delivery will be delayed by the courier.
If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 3 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, you must sign the delivery note accordingly. Once the damaged goods are received back into our warehouse, we'll dispatch a replacement product as soon as possible.
Delivery times
All orders received by 1pm will be delivered next working day (please allow 3 working days delivery, for all printed orders). Deliveries are usually Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and weekends) 7.00am - 6pm.
